Fonctionnement

Vials are fed from an integrated feed plate into an indexing dial that moves intermittently. At the filling station a photoelectric sensor triggers the dual screw-doser; at the stoppering station rubber stoppers are placed; at the crimping station an aluminum cap is fitted and a dual crimping head seals it. Bottles exit on a conveyor. PLC control with no-bottle-no-fill function.
