Fonctionnement

Gravimetric (weight-based) filling: a load cell and feedback system under each fill head allow individual volume setting and fine adjustment per head. A vision camera captures the drum-port coordinates (X/Y axes); the servo then lowers to just above the liquid level inside the drum (bottom-up filling). Filling is performed in a coarse+fine two-stage sequence for speed and accuracy. The fill head has an anti-drip drip tray. Photoelectric + proximity sensors prevent filling when no drum is present and trigger an alarm/stop on drum jam.
