Fonctionnement
Plastic/glass vials are fed by conveyor; 12-station indexing disc carries vials to the filling station; stepper motor drives single-head auger to discharge powder at set pulse count; disc indexes to the stoppering station; vibrating stopper feeder delivers rubber stoppers through the track in an orderly manner; dual-head stoppering; vials exit by conveyor. Class-100 laminar-flow hood covers the filling zone for sterile assurance.
