Empty glass bottles enter on bottom conveyor with feed screw, get neck-clamped, inverted and rinsed at the rotary rinser (head adjustable for bottle height), then transferred to the isobaric filler where mechanical spring brackets lift bottles to engage CO2-pressurized fill valves with return-air leveling (filling temperature 2–5°C for carbonated drinks). Liquid level error <±5 mm. Then to a 6-head magnetic-torque rotary capper with anti-squeeze plastic holders for aluminum screw caps using special high-precision alloy blade sealing. Filled bottles exit on conveyor to inspection.
