Fonctionnement
Material is first frozen solid, then subjected to deep vacuum so water sublimes from solid to vapor, preserving biological activity and stability. The BITZER screw compressor maintains refrigeration for freezing and condenser operation. Vacuum system maintains conditions for sublimation. Siemens PLC provides automatic and manual operation with interlocking between machine room and freeze-drying control room to prevent misoperation. System supports remote diagnosis and centralized control room management.
