SED-12RRJTB-P rotary 12-station combination labeller for square bottles - hot-melt glue + double-sided self-adhesive. Stable production 12000 bottles/h (peak 14000 BPH). Apply accuracy +/-0.3 mm, label accuracy +/-1 mm.

Fonctionnement
Bottles ride a plastic-link conveyor into a rotating turret. A screw separator then star-wheel index the bottles onto the rotating turntable; pneumatic press tops and bottle molds clamp each bottle, then bottles auto-rotate at cam-defined position and speed. When the bottle reaches the photo-eye trigger position, the high-speed servo label-feed system dispenses the label; for hot-melt glue stations the back of the label is coated only at its two ends at 120-160 degC, then a sponge/brush press wraps and rubs it on. The dual-side adhesive station mirrors the operation but uses self-adhesive labels. A rotary encoder ties the labelling system to line speed - the system auto-learns product and label dimensions and aligns the label centerline to the bottle centerline via CPU. Inverter modulates speed by infeed bottle count; default 'no bottle - no label, no label - no glue' interlocks.
