Coating liquid is held in the upper layer of a 12 L bucket; the lower layer holds water heated by a 1 kW electric heater (must be water-filled before powering up). A pneumatic stirrer driven through an adjustable needle valve mixes the coating liquid. A 40 W peristaltic pump pushes liquid through silicone tubing — liquid never contacts other pump components, meeting GMP. The atomized spray gun (compressed air 0.4-0.6 MPa, 270 L/min) sprays coating liquid onto tablets/pills/granules in the coating pan. Spray on/off cycle is timer-set in HH:MM:SS for both spray and pause periods.

Nettoyage et entretien

After spraying: open the lower ball valve to drain the coating bucket. Reverse-run the peristaltic pump to expel residual coating liquid from the tubing. Pour cleaning solvent into the bucket and run the pump forward to flush the gun and tubing. Drain the lower water jacket for long-term storage. Wipe machine clean and cover.
