Fonctionnement

Slurry is fed through a DN50 feed pipe into a rotating distributor that spreads material evenly on the inner surface of the 1250 mm 316L drum. The drum is spun by a 22 kW vertical motor via belt drive, with VFD start and dynamic braking, reaching 1000 rpm (separation factor 700). Mother liquor passes through the perforated drum and is discharged via a DN125 outlet at the bottom. After centrifugation the drum decelerates and a hydraulic scraper (driven by a 1.5 kW oil pump at 3 MPa) descends into the cake, scraping it through a bottom discharge hole into a φ420 collection hopper. Cake washing uses a DN25 wash pipe; nitrogen blanketing is supplied via a φ16 line for inertion.

Nettoyage et entretien

Hydraulic flip-up cover provides full access for top cleaning. Wash via integrated DN25 washing pipe; rinse mother-liquor through DN125 outlet. Drum has no reinforcement hoop, minimising hygiene dead corners. All material-contact connections smooth with rounded-corner welds.
