Fonctionnement

Tubes are loaded by hand into side magazines; cam-driven flap units drop them into cup-holder dies on a 38-station 'union' carrier (synchronous-belt loop). The carrier indexes through stations: optional tube cleaning -> color-mark registration (Panasonic photoelectric + servo) -> stainless reciprocating piston-pump filling (valve-body plunger, blow-cut nozzle, 5-220 ml) with bottom-up filling and air-cut to prevent bubbles/dripping -> tail interior heated by Swiss Leister LHS SYSTEM 21L hot-air gun (pinhole head) with external water cooling -> tail sealed and embossed with code -> tail trimmed -> push-out cylinder ejects finished tubes (or onto a conveyor for cartoner linkage). Two independent no-tube/no-filling sensors prevent waste; cam-roller spring action via cylinders ensures constant force.

Nettoyage et entretien

After operation, dismantle and clean the filling pump in the recommended sequence (block feed ports, drain pump, remove valve plunger, sleeve, nozzle, blow-cut bar, rotary valve, seals); clean with detergent and wipe with soft cloth; reinstall in correct order without damaging seals. Lubricate per the lube schedule: pump-arm and pump-body sides oiled; sliding bearings greased twice weekly; exposed gears/cams oiled; cam followers cleaned and lubed annually; ball bearings greased; all lube points oiled daily; reducer and indexing-cam box re-fill with #250 oil annually.
