Fonctionnement
High-precision load cells are used; the weighing platform is formed as an inclined chute so capsules slide downward by gravity across the scale. A proprietary algorithm rapidly and accurately calculates each capsule weight. Capsules within spec continue to slide into the accepted product bin; out-of-spec capsules are stopped by a rejection cylinder and fall into a reject bin. Feed uses vibrating corrugated plate to distribute capsules into lanes; a patented single-file bridge queues capsules one-by-one into the weighing platform.

Product-contact parts can be safely removed by one person in minutes and washed with water directly. All channels can be cleaned within 30 minutes. Single-channel disassembly/replacement within 1 hour. All product-contact internal surfaces are polished.
