Fonctionnement

Roll-fed PVC/PE laminate (0.2–0.4 mm × 120 mm) feeds from the discharge roller through an elastic tension roller to keep web tension constant. Two parallel film webs pass through a partition plate into the heating roller and forming station, where forming blower 16 inflates two layers of softened film between matched cam-driven molds to form a chain of joined inverted ampoules. The molds are continuously cooled by 15–18 °C circulating water. The filling station uses 2–5 parallel filling heads (electronic peristaltic pump or mechanical piston pump) that drop into the open tail of each ampoule and dose 1–100 mL with electromagnetic valves. The cam-driven heat-sealing knife and shim plate close the tail. A blanking cutter punches each ampoule from the web (waste blown away), an indentation cutter scores the perforation strip, and the slit station separates batches. Stations 3–5 share two parallel rotating shafts (19) driven by a motor + reducer.

Nettoyage et entretien

Keep the heat-sealing knife clean — wipe dust and dried liquid promptly. Drain and flush the filling pump and tubing between SKUs. When changing the film, shut down and close the machine; only re-open the filling system after the new film roll has blown out the first whole bottle. Clean material partition plate to prevent film sticking after softening.
