Fonctionnement

Bottles enter on a conveyor and are positioned by the spur-gear-driven stainless-steel manipulator, which clamps and inverts each bottle 180° over the wash station. A high-pressure air blowing valve (lip-seal with plunger guide) blasts compressed air into the inverted bottle to dislodge dust and particulates; an extraction system simultaneously draws the dirty air out. The manipulator then rotates the bottle upright and discharges it. A photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence so the blowing valve fires only when a bottle is in position. PLC + HMI controls speed and reports current production rate digitally.

Nettoyage et entretien

Regularly inspect dust port and clean it. Do not stack items on the air vent. Adjust and contact factory if air duct blockage occurs in operation. Cut power immediately if pressure overload. Periodically check bolts and inspect belt wear; repair or replace promptly. Keep equipment clean — free of dust and oil residue, belt path clear of debris. Mechanical parts can be cleaned with detergent (alcohol) and clean cloth; do not splash water or cleaning agents on electronic components. When idle long-term, clean and store.
