Fonctionnement

Material is spread on food-grade PP trays and loaded into 5 SUS304 lifting baskets (60 trays total), then moved into the vacuum tank by trolley on rails. After the vacuum pumps pull the chamber to ≥−0.09 MPa, 100 top-mounted microwave magnetrons feed microwave energy via a waveguide matrix into the material; moisture evaporates rapidly at low temperature and is exhausted via the top vacuum port. Magnetrons are water-cooled by a chilled-water circuit; the power supply is air-cooled by a centrifugal fan. Temperature is monitored by 5 infrared sensors with automatic cutoff protection at the magnetron top. The entire batch process is controlled by Xinje PLC automation.
