Fonctionnement
Card-separation mechanism singulates items from a stack and feeds them onto the conveyor. Product flows: discharge → sub-card separator → conveyor → product detection → label dispensing → label application → collection. Panasonic PLC co-ordinates all motions; LEUZE/SICK label sensor confirms peel; Leadshine/Bale stepper motor drives the label head; Panasonic product sensor triggers labelling; Samkoon/Wecon HMI provides operator interface.
