Product flows: discharge→ sub-card separator→ conveyor→ product detection→ label dispensing→ label application→ collection. Panasonic PLC co-ordinates all motions; LEUZE/SICK label sensor confirms peel; Leadshine/Bale stepper motor drives the label head; Panasonic product sensor triggers labelling; Samkoon/Wecon HMI provides operator interface.
