Fonctionnement
Empty bottles are loaded into the 180 L hopper. The motor drives the unscrambler disk (flower-plate) through gear transmission. Bottles are carried upward through half-round slots in the disk from the bottom of the hopper to the top. The flip board automatically inverts any bottles that arrive neck-down, ensuring all bottles exit upright (neck up). A SICK photoelectric sensor monitors bottle flow; the built-in collection device improves throughput efficiency. No compressed air required.
