Horizontal U-trough mixer with double-layer ribbon agitator. Outer ribbon pushes material from both sides toward the center; inner ribbon conveys material from center outward — forming convective opposing-flow mixing. Small clearance between ribbon blades and inner wall ensures complete material sweep. Speed reducer + V-belt drive on 2.2 kW motor. Bottom discharge valve for fast, complete unloading. PTFE shaft seal suitable for cleanroom environments.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-shift: wipe outer surface and interior with clean wet cloth; sanitize material drum with 75 percent industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same plus alcohol wipe of drum. Monthly: inspect moving parts for wear; lubricate transmission chain (oil 0-35 C, grease above 35 or below 0). Quarterly: full bearing and seal inspection. Replace PTFE/mechanical seal when worn. Wipe electrical cabinet and re-tension terminals weekly during continuous use.
