Fonctionnement
Powder is degassed and pre-compressed under hydraulic pressure (0-15 MPa) between two compaction rollers (200x120 mm, 0-46 rpm). Compacted ribbon falls into the breaking and granulating cutters (0-377 rpm) producing 0.3-3.5 mm granules. Screen system grades granules; oversize and undersize particles return via vacuum loader (SED-ZKS-S). Roller cooling water removes compaction heat via rotary joints. Lift mechanism (electric oil pump) raises feeder for cleaning. PLC + HMI control with VFD soft-start replaces traditional button-relay system.
