SED-100GZ-S Fully-Automatic Dry Granulator System. Main unit delivered with auxiliary vacuum feeders (3x SED-ZKS-S for feed, discharge, and return), chiller, and SED-800SF-S sifter. Compacts dry powder by hydraulic press

Powder is degassed and pre-compressed under hydraulic pressure(0-15 MPa) between two compaction rollers(200x120 mm, 0-46 rpm). Compacted ribbon falls into the breaking and granulating cutters(0-377 rpm) producing 0.3-3.5 mm granules. Screen system grades granules; oversize and undersize particles return via vacuum loader(SED-ZKS-S). Roller cooling water removes compaction heat via rotary joints. Lift mechanism(electric oil pump) raises feeder for cleaning. PLC + HMI control with VFD soft-start replaces traditional button-relay system.
