Fonctionnement
Sealed, negative-pressure operation. Tablets are loaded in a rotary drum (Φ1100 mm, SS316L) with shovelling plates that promote aslant stirring. Coating solution is delivered by a peristaltic pump (constant-pressure variable) to nozzles that atomise uniformly with adjustable direction. Heated air enters through pre-filter (G4), middle filter (F8), HEPA (H13), and electric heater (45 kW); exhaust passes through a pulse-cleaned dust collector. Frequency-controlled drum and fans for optimised process parameters.
