SED-100GB-A — BGB Series High-Efficiency Tablet Coating Machine

Sealed, negative-pressure operation. Tablets are loaded in a rotary drum(Φ1100 mm, SS316L) with shovelling plates that promote aslant stirring. Coating solution is delivered by a peristaltic pump(constant-pressure variable) to nozzles that atomise uniformly with adjustable direction. Heated air enters through pre-filter(G4), middle filter(F8), HEPA(H13), and electric heater(45 kW); exhaust passes through a pulse-cleaned dust collector. Frequency-controlled drum and fans for optimised process parameters.
