SED-1000CZQ-E — 1000 kg/h

Purified water is fed by a CNP CDMF3-7 vertical multistage pump (316L, 0.55 kW, 380V) through a float-controlled level system into the preheater (heated by plant steam); near-boiling water enters the double-tubesheet vertical shell-and-tube evaporator. Plant steam pressure is auto-regulated by a Dutch DN100 PN20 cast-steel electric/manual control valve. Plant steam flows through the inner tubes; purified water boils outside, generating pure steam in the integrated evaporation/separation/buffer vessel. Endotoxin and condensate are removed by demister/baffles. Output pure steam exits at top; plant-steam condensate drains through Spirax-Sarco float trap. A coaxial sample cooler condenses a pure-steam slipstream; a sanitary 316L conductivity probe (DDG-306B, 0-100 µS/cm) and 0-200 °C temperature transmitter verify quality, with data logged on Siemens S7-200 PLC and displayed on 7" touchscreen. Safety valve DN40, burst at 0.5 MPa. AirTAC pneumatic pilot island + compressed-air filter control diaphragm valves.
