Fonctionnement

A gauze roll is first longitudinally slit into multiple strips by the slitter/unwinder, then fed to the folding machine which cuts each strip to length and folds it transversely multiple times to reach the required pad size. The folded pads are transferred via the link conveyor to the blister packer, grouped per pack count (5 or 10 pcs), and dropped into vacuum-formed soft-film pockets. The packer then heat-seals paper or plastic film over the pockets (with optional vacuum) and trims to final blister card using cross-cut serrated blades and longitudinal rolling blades.
