Fonctionnement
The bottle orienter aligns bottles end-to-end onto the track. The ultrasonic washer uses 6 washing heads and 6 infeed heads to clean bottles. The hot-air tunnel oven dries and sterilises in two zones. The peristaltic-pump filler and half-stopperer fills with 1 head and half-stoppers with 1 head — peristaltic pump does not contact product (hygienic grade). The rotary-disc capper completes aluminium-cap crimping. The full line is controlled by Delta PLC + Weinview touchscreen; the oven is controlled by Siemens PLC + touchscreen.
