Fonctionnement

Bottles are fed into the rotary-table station by the loading mechanism. Once the Panasonic PLC and product sensors detect a bottle, the peristaltic pump (stepper-motor-driven pump head) precisely dispenses 150 µL (or other set micro-volume) of liquid via AIRTAC solenoid valves. Three vibratory bowl sets sort and sequentially deliver and tighten caps. The finished bottles are discharged by the conveying mechanism.
