Funktionsweise
Bottles are fed into the rotary-table station by the loading mechanism. Once the Panasonic PLC and product sensors detect a bottle, the peristaltic pump (stepper-motor-driven pump head) precisely dispenses 150 µL (or other set micro-volume) of liquid via AIRTAC solenoid valves. Three vibratory bowl sets sort and sequentially deliver and tighten caps. The finished bottles are discharged by the conveying mechanism.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Bottles are fed into the rotary-table station by the loading mechanism.
2Once the Panasonic PLC and product sensors detect a bottle, the peristaltic pump (stepper-motor-driven pump head) precisely dispenses 150 µL (or other set micro-volume) of liquid via AIRTAC solenoid valves.
