SED-1-1-1FGS-F is a fully automatic powder filling, rubber-stopper insertion, and aluminum-cap crimping machine for vials. It is the metering-and-dispensing main unit in a powder-injectable (powder-for-injection) product

Fonctionnement
Vials enter via conveyor and are indexed onto a turntable. At the dosing station, a servo-driven 316L stainless steel dosing screw delivers metered powder into each vial aligned to the powder port. The turntable advances to the stoppering station where a vacuum fan-shaped plate and vibrator pick and press rubber stoppers. Aluminum caps are oriented by a vibratory bowl and placed on stoppered vials; a three-knife crimping head seals the cap. Siemens PLC + touchscreen controls the sequence; Omron photoelectric sensors manage detection.
