Pellets/tablets are loaded into the SUS 316L perforated drum (drum speed 3–15 rpm, driven by a 0.37 kW gear-motor with KAF37 reducer and KEWO inverter). A streamlined deflector forces the bed into a complex tumbling trajectory. A 316L stainless-steel spray gun (Φ1.5 mm nozzle, manufactured by Changzhou LIGEN) automatically delivers the coating solution via a peristaltic pump (Baoding Sinuo) through silicone tubing. Hot air is supplied at negative pressure (blower 0.25 kW + YINENG inverter), passes through the perforated drum surface, and is exhausted from the bottom (exhaust fan 0.55 kW + YINENG inverter), drying the coating medium quickly and uniformly. Heating is provided by a 2.7 kW electric heater array (9 × 0.3 kW, SUS304). Temperature is monitored by PT100 sensors at inlet, outlet, and drum interior.

316L spray gun is easily disassembled for cleaning; flush with distilled water and ethanol after each batch to prevent dripping or clogging. Clean the dust collector after each batch. Wipe the drum interior and observation door; the SUS304 heating cabinet and ducts are accessible for manual wipe-down.
