Fonctionnement

Freeze drying (lyophilization) achieves moisture removal by first freezing the material under vacuum, then sublimating the ice directly into vapor at low temperature. Silicon oil circulating through the shelf provides precise temperature control from -40 degC to +50 degC. A high-performance vacuum pump combined with an international-brand refrigeration compressor maintains the low-temperature cold trap (< -50 degC) to capture the sublimated vapor.
