SED-ZSX-C disposable syringe assembly line bundle: syringe printing machine (18,000–21,000 pcs/h, 3 kW), syringe assembly machine (18,000–21,000 pcs/h, 3 kW), blister packing machine (15,500 pcs/h, 10 kW), and hypodermic
Funcionamiento
Centrifugal hopper loaders feed barrels, plungers, gaskets, and hubs onto stainless-steel positioning chutes. The printing station uses gear-proportional turntables to synchronise barrel rotation with an ink-pad roller, then silicone oil is sprayed onto the printed barrel. The assembly turntable mates plunger and gasket into the barrel under pneumatic actuation. The needle assembly line: hubs are loaded onto strips, plasma corona-treated for adhesion, needle cannulas applied with a glue-grinding function (uniform adhesive coverage), oven-cured (~19 min), leak/block-tested one-to-one, CCD-inspected (CA-035M camera) for burrs and reverse needles, silicone oil applied (refrigerated station to reduce evaporation), then defects auto-rejected before capping and optical-fiber counting of finished products. The blister packer heats PVC sheet, vacuum-forms cavities, fills syringes, and heat-seals with aluminium foil.
