SED-RFQ-A is a 3 kW industrial hot air blower / heat gun designed to be installed inside machines, equipment and instruments and operated continuously. It outputs up to 32 m³/h air at up to 650 °C through a Phi 48 mm gun

Funcionamiento
Compressed/forced air enters the inlet, passes over an electric heater coil controlled by a temperature controller and SCR module, and exits the gun barrel as hot air at the set temperature. The operator (or PLC) sets temperature via the knob; the display shows actual vs set temperature. Pressing the standby switch keeps the last temperature/airflow settings. After operation the unit auto-cools — heating stops, fan continues until barrel temperature drops to 40 °C, then the gun goes to standby.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
In dusty environments install a stainless-steel filter on the air inlet (especially in metal-fragment or humid environments) to avoid internal short circuits. Disconnect all power before disassembly. Replace nozzle only after the gun has fully cooled. Avoid vibration or impact. Do not immerse in water or expose to rain/moisture.
