SED-NWCB1-B is a fully automatic inner-and-outer tea-bag packing machine with thread, tag and outer envelope. In a single machine cycle it forms an inner filter-paper bag (three-side seal), doses 3–10 g of tea/herbal/hea
Funcionamiento
Filter-paper roll is unwound and folded into an inner-bag tube; a stepper-motor draws the web to a fixed length and a heated three-side-sealing jaw forms the inner bag. A volumetric measuring system doses 3–10 g of tea or herbal material into the bag. A cotton thread (155 mm) is fed and tagged with a paper label (40–55 × 15–20 mm), then attached to the inner bag. The completed inner bag is conveyed into the outer-bag station: a composite-film web is drawn, the inner bag plus thread/tag is enveloped, and a heat seal closes the outer bag (three-side seal). PID temperature controllers maintain seal-jaw temperature; PLC + HMI sequence the machine; pneumatic actuators (≥0.4 m³/min) drive cutting, sealing and bag-handoff. Optional code printer marks the outer bag.

Daily wipe-down of product-contact paths (filter-paper guide, dosing chute, sealing jaws) with clean dry cloth; remove tea dust regularly. Inspect and clean PID temperature sensors and pneumatic filters per maintenance schedule.
