Filter-paper roll is unwound and folded into an inner-bag tube; a stepper-motor draws the web to a fixed length and a heated three-side-sealing jaw forms the inner bag. A volumetric measuring system doses 3–10 g of tea or herbal material into the bag. A cotton thread(155 mm) is fed and tagged with a paper label(40–55 × 15–20 mm), then attached to the inner bag. The completed inner bag is conveyed into the outer-bag station: a composite-film web is drawn, the inner bag plus thread/tag is enveloped, and a heat seal closes the outer bag(three-side seal). PID temperature controllers maintain seal-jaw temperature; PLC + HMI sequence the machine; pneumatic actuators(≥0.4 m³/min) drive cutting, sealing and bag-handoff. Optional code printer marks the outer bag.
