Funcionamiento
Silicone compound is fed into the 9-inch mill where counter-rotating rolls masticate and homogenise the compound. The compound is then fed into the extruder screw-and-barrel, which melts and conveys the silicone through the die to form continuous profiles/tubes. The extrudate passes through the curing oven and high-temperature forming box where it is vulcanised and shaped, then cooled by the chiller.
Proceso de funcionamiento
