Funcionamiento
Rubber stoppers enter the washing drum via auto-feeding. An ultrasonic device combined with central high-pressure spray performs coarse washing, rinsing, and fine washing. Steam sterilization is applied at a design temperature of 133°C. Drying is achieved by vacuum combined with hot-air circulation. Cooling uses vacuum combined with fresh-air exchange. An elephant-nose automatic discharge system transfers stoppers out. The tank is designed for pressures from -0.1 to 0.2 MPa.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
CIP via patented surround spray system. All product-contact surfaces are S31603 with Ra ≤ 0.4 μm finish. Water and steam inlet pipes are 316L and all steam pipes are heat-insulated. Pipe connections use stainless steel sanitary quick-open hoops with silicone seals.
