Funcionamiento
Bottles are conveyed by a motor-driven chain-plate belt; an anti-dust photoelectric sensor detects the bottle's presence. A pneumatic clamping cylinder secures the bottle, then a pneumatically driven gland cylinder lowers the cap into the four lock-cover friction wheels. Two pairs of opposing friction wheels rotate to spin the cap onto the bottle; air-canopy speed and total wheel-to-wheel gap (target 2–3 mm) tune the torque applied to each cap type. A digital timer controls cap-screwing time and inter-cycle interval; cap height, fork center, and friction-wheel symmetry are operator-adjustable.

Keep the machine free of oil stains and material debris. During production, immediately remove any spilled liquid medicine or glass shards. Wipe all external surfaces and add lubricating oil to moving joints before each shift change. Scrub thoroughly once a week including hard-to-reach areas — blow with compressed air if scrubbing is impractical. Tighten any loose screws after each adjustment, and turn the machine through one cycle by handle to verify motion before powering on.
