The SED-JPJ Bottle Clamping Conveying Machine is a compact GMP-compliant transfer unit for moving bottled products between upstream and downstream stations on filling, capping, and labeling lines. Two independently drive
Funcionamiento
The bottle is squeezed between two driven side belts forming a transport channel. Two independent motors (Pinch Control 1 and Pinch Control 2) drive the left and right belts separately, allowing the operator to balance speeds for stable transfer without tipping. Width regulators set the gap to the bottle diameter; height regulators set the bed elevation to match upstream/downstream conveyor heights. Adjustable feet (+/-50 mm) align the unit precisely with adjacent machines.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces, conveyor belts, and machine interior with a damp cloth. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside plus belt surfaces with damp cloth. Clean mechanical parts with detergent or alcohol on a clean cloth; do not splash liquid onto electronics -- wipe touchscreen and signal-light surfaces with a clean dry cloth. Lubricate the transmission chain monthly with cool-weather lubricant (or every 3 months with grease); treat the width-regulator adjustment knob on the same schedule. Cover for dust/moisture during extended downtime.
