Funcionamiento
Empty jars are conveyed on a 114.3 mm 304 stainless slat conveyor. A screw pump pushes sauce from the storage tank into the 4-head piston filler (servo-driven twin-screw piston metering). Filled jars receive a heat-sealed PET foil cap; for tinplate caps a 4-head vacuum capper draws vacuum and screws caps; for plastic caps a servo capper torques them after a cap elevator orients them. Jars then pass through a conical-bottle labeler and exit downstream.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Empty jars are conveyed on a 114.3 mm 304 stainless slat conveyor.
2A screw pump pushes sauce from the storage tank into the 4-head piston filler (servo-driven twin-screw piston metering).
