Funcionamiento
Bottles are fed and sorted by the rotary-table unscrambler, then rinsed in the bottle rinser. The rotary-disk dual-head auger filler, controlled by PLC and touchscreen with high-precision servo motor, dispenses the measured powder into each bottle. Dust is collected centrally (no workshop dust pollution). Caps are automatically fed, then secured by the 4-head screw capper. Bottles are labeled by the automatic labeler and coded by the inkjet printer, then conveyed to the packing station via the stainless steel conveyor.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles are fed and sorted by the rotary-table unscrambler, then rinsed in the bottle rinser.
2The rotary-disk dual-head auger filler, controlled by PLC and touchscreen with high-precision servo motor, dispenses the measured powder into each bottle.
3Dust is collected centrally (no workshop dust pollution).
