The SED-CHJJ-A is an ultrasonic plastic welding machine that joins thermoplastic parts by converting 220 V mains into 15 kHz or 20 kHz high-frequency electrical energy via a transducer, then transmitting mechanical vibra
Funcionamiento
Ultrasonic welding of thermoplastics: AC 220 V/50 Hz is converted to 15 kHz or 20 kHz high-frequency electrical power; the transducer converts it to mechanical vibration, which is amplified through a booster (cone) and transmitted through a horn under controlled pneumatic pressure (typically 2 kg/cm² working) to the workpiece. High-frequency friction at the joint surface generates rapid intermolecular heating until the plastic melts; the ultrasound then stops and the molten zone solidifies during the hold period to form the welded bond. Sequence: weld-button press → horn descent → delay timer (0–9.99 s, after limit switch trips) → weld timer (0–9.99 s, transducer fires) → hold timer (0–9.99 s for cooling/solidification) → horn ascent → counter +1.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Keep horn, anvil and workpiece clean. Do not use liquid to clean the body — wipe down with dry cloth. Clean air filter periodically with detergent or water (no volatile solvents). Drain water trap when 1/2 full. Open control box once a month and blow out dust with dry/clean air gun. When idle long-term, wipe down, oil, and cover with included dust cover; store in dry, ventilated room.
