Funcionamiento
Balanced-coil three-coil method: a central transmit coil driven by an oscillator generates a magnetic field; two equally-spaced receive coils on either side are wound to cancel each other's signal to zero. When metal passes through the tunnel, it perturbs the field and unbalances the receive coils, producing a non-zero signal. A digital signal processor (DSP) performs product compensation, automatic phase localization, residual-compensation filtering, and outputs a rejection signal. Multi-Mode 3F triple-frequency electronics let the machine auto-select the frequency that best discriminates the contaminant from product effect (e.g., 50 kHz for aluminum-foil-packaged products).

Equipment certified to ISO9000 and CE. Frame, control box, and conveyor are SUS304 food-grade stainless and the conveyor belt is food-grade PU, meeting HACCP, GMP, FDA, and CAS standards. NOT certified for combustible-dust environments - a custom explosion-proof variant is required for Zone 22 dusty service. Export configuration available with UL-certified electrical components on request.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Regularly inspect and remove dust accumulation from the SED-990JJ2-H surface to prevent unsanitary buildup and explosion hazard in dust-prone environments. The 316 stainless probe and SUS304 frame tolerate washdown. Avoid cleaning chemicals or product temperatures that drive the resin-potting surface above +60 degC - fit a thermal protective cover when conveying high-temperature product.
