Funcionamiento
Removable mixing bin is rolled into the rotating-yoke fork at the base, locking nut secured. Control system lifts the bin to mixing height and locks it. Drive system rotates the bin at programmable rpm/time. Bin and pivot axis form a 30° angle so material tumbles vertically while moving tangentially along bin walls — yielding optimal blending. After mixing, yoke stops vertically, bin descends, machine stops, and process parameters print. Optionally, bin can continue lifting to a discharge height for gravity outflow through the butterfly valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
