Funcionamiento
Tablets/capsules fall from the hopper through the vision detection zone. A CCD camera with back-lighting images each particle as it passes; the image processing system (four-core processor, one scan cycle per 1 mm of particle travel, multi-core area/shape recognition) counts each piece. A dual-axis cylinder controls bottle infeed, filling, and discharge. Photoelectric sensors detect jam/no-bottle conditions for automatic stop/start. The system continuously records projection images with timestamps to an SD card for audit traceability.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Mechanical parts: disassemble in order (hopper → discharge port → photoelectric sensor → material storage → electromagnetic vibrator → vibration plates 1-3); clean with alcohol and clean cloth; reinstall in reverse order. Tool-less disassembly enabled by modular cylinder-locking design.
