SED-8S-S — Fully Automatic 8-Channel Visual Imaging Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counting Machine

Tablets/capsules in the hopper are transported uniformly and in single file by the vibration feed system (electromagnetic vibration principle) to the entrance of the detection channel, with no overlapping. The line-scan CCD camera detects and counts each item as it passes. Once the set quantity is reached, the channel gate and intermediate pre-storage gate coordinate to discharge the counted product into the bottle. A bottle-transfer device then moves the filled bottle to the next process.
