Tablets/capsules in the hopper are transported uniformly and in single file by the vibration feed system(electromagnetic vibration principle) to the entrance of the detection channel, with no overlapping. The line-scan CCD camera detects and counts each item as it passes. Once the set quantity is reached, the channel gate and intermediate pre-storage gate coordinate to discharge the counted product into the bottle. A bottle-transfer device then moves the filled bottle to the next process.
