Funcionamiento
Bottles enter on the conveyor and are separated by a screw mechanism into the star wheel; mechanical pre-positioning + cam-track presses each bottle flat against the labeling station. As the rotating turntable carries each bottle through the 8 stations, a high-speed servo-driven label-feed unit dispenses an OPP composite-film label coated with hot-melt glue; brush/squeegee assemblies press and smooth the label onto the bottle. Multiple sensors (no-bottle, no-label, pressure, temperature) stop the machine to prevent waste or defects.
