Funcionamiento
Powder is fed by a downward feeder into two counter-rotating compaction rolls driven by a hydraulic press (oil cylinder). Crystal water in the material acts as the natural binder. The compacted ribbon is broken by the granulating motor through a sieve to produce dense, uniform granules. Roll cooling-water circulation prevents sticky-roll; sealed operation meets pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After each production run, clear all powder from the contact surfaces. The inter-space between the scraper board and the press roll is 0.1 mm — use no metal tools to clean. Disassemble funnel by unscrewing retaining bolts if tube is jammed. Clean and replace oil and grease at lubrication points every six months; full overhaul every three years.
