Funcionamiento
Closed perforated-drum film coating: tablets/pills tumble in a Φ930 mm perforated drum (3-24 rpm) driven by an explosion-proof reduction motor with VFD stepless speed. Spray solution is held in a 60 L SUS304 agitator tank (electrical heater 4 kW, 220 V; pneumatic motor 0-1000 rpm at 0.4-0.5 MPa) and pumped through a peristaltic pump (100-300 rpm, 0.25 kW) to the imported Anest Iwata WA-101 spray gun, which atomizes coating solution onto the tumbling bed. A high-efficiency hot-air cabinet draws outside air through primary, medium and high-efficiency filters (0.5 micron, Class 100,000 cleanliness), heats it to 40-80°C and supplies 2356 m³/h to the drum. A dust-removal exhaust cabinet evacuates 5268 m³/h directly to outdoors. Siemens HMI + PLC sequences process parameters, drum rpm, inlet air speed, spray force/flow rate with display and memory.
