Funcionamiento
Vials are fed → conveyed (with no-bottle-stop and inverted-bottle reject) → filled by 8 ceramic pumps in dual-row, front-back motion (servo-driven, with cylinder- or cam-controlled fill-head lift) → 12-head rotary vacuum-pickup stoppering → 12-head rotary capping → discharge. All operations occur under a Class A laminar flow hood with a 30 L 316L sterile buffer tank that auto-replenishes via float-switch + angle-seat valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Vials are fed → conveyed (with no-bottle-stop and inverted-bottle reject) → filled by 8 ceramic pumps in dual-row, front-back motion (servo-driven, with cylinder- or cam-controlled fill-head lift) → 12-head rotary vacuum-pickup stoppering → 12-head rotary capping → discharge.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Ceramic-pump assemblies are designed for fast disassembly, cleaning, and autoclave sterilization. Above-table parts are designed without dead corners. HEPA filters require periodic replacement: pre-filter at >120 Pa pressure drop; HEPA at >300 Pa or every 1–2 years (or every 2 years if running >10 h/day).
