SED-8-1.8ZGF-H — SED-ZGF Series, 8000×1800 mm Bed

Wet material enters the bed at the inlet hopper. Two 7.5 kW vibration motors mounted on a vibrating frame propel the material forward in horizontal small jumps. Filtered hot air (70–140°C) is forced upward through the SUS304 perforated plate by the blower; the air-flow + vibration combination fluidizes the material so each particle is suspended in the hot stream and dries uniformly. The bed is divided into a high-pressure pre-drying zone (forces full fluidization), a low-pressure drying zone (carries away large quantities of water), and a cooling zone (high-flow ambient air to drop product temperature). Moist exhaust air leaves through a cyclone separator and induced-draft fan; the hot-air supply uses a steam radiator (or electric heater). Material discharges at the outlet. Adjusting motor swing-angle and air valves tunes residence time, layer thickness, and drying intensity.
